Delhlivery Aizawl branch - Package not delivered

I had purchased a product from Amazon and my product is sent through Delhlivery Aizawl branch.
Once my product reach it's destination i.e Aizawl, I was eagerly waiting for it to be delivered.
But the agents in Delhivery (Aizawl) had made no such attempts to deliver my products nor inform me regarding that my product had arrived
I don't receive any calls nor phone calls that they will made an attempt to deliver but my status on products was changed to attempt delivery, delivery date changes by customer as requested
But I do not make any changes, everything is done without my knowledge or consent, they made the changes from the agent side
It continued for * days like this.. After witnessing such events I had complaint and request an update from the Amazon's customer service, they requested an attempt to deliver the product today but still there is no progress from the delhivery courier
After that tonight my status on my order changes to 'returning to seller'
I ran some inspection about the delhivery courier service in Aizawl and found out that this is the way they behave, irregular, unprofessional, agents who don't know their job(to acquire delivery satisfaction to customer).
I will not be the only one to make a complaint against them nor the last unless serious action is taken against them...
So I kindly request you to take action and help me regarding in getting my products back or deliver
