Hi, I ordered a dress from a site "www.swishboss.com" on **th october ****, dress was delivered but there was size issue so i had to ask for the exchange. I even asked them for return so that i can get my money back and order or get something for me from somewhere else. As shown clothes and in real, there was a lot of difference. But their executive said there is no refund policy, so after waiting for around ** to ** days and pressurizing them i received one of my order before Diwali. Now other order hasn't been delivered yet, it has been more than * month ** days that i have been waiting for my order to be delivered, one of their executive onformed me on **th nov that order has been dispatched, so i was happy but didn't receive any msg regarding the status so i kept asking her then she said it hasn't been dispatched, she was given wrong info, so now she said she would get it delivered by wednesday or thursday but now even she is not replying to my msgs and ignoring them. Not even giving any response. Please help me with this problem. It has been * month ** days that i have been suffering with this problem. This is my worst experience with any online site.
