Hello Team,
I had ordered a set of stickers from Throttlogic through their online website about * months ago. I have paid about **** rupess for the set. I have tried to contact them on WhatsApp on the number mentioned above and I have not received any response yet. Some time in April, I had received a reply stating that the delay was due to the lockdown and that in a week or so, I would get an update. However, I have not received any sort of an update since that, though I have been trying to contact them on WhatsApp many times. I can understand that these are trying times, but all I expect is some timely feedback and updates. Since money is already paid, it is a little hard for me to digest the delay. Expecting a quick and helpful resolution, thank you.
