Dear Sir,
I purchased online saree from avoonik.com in last month dated **th October ****. Order No. #*****. But not yet received any parcel or any reply from the website. When I log in on the website, it's showing status in processing. I was marked mail on their provided email ID. But not received any update from them.
Need your support to resolve the issue. I was paying with my debit card.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
