I had placed an order of * items on ** Jun **** under order number: NYK-*******-*******. One was purse and other part of the shipment was lantern ( home decor) which was to be delivered by * Jul by the seller. However till today ther is no information about my package. This package was meant to be a suprise for the recipient, due to the seller's inablity and incomptence to either deliver or update status has lead to me being humiliated and feeling cheated. Therefore, I request you you to kindly share the updated status or refund the payment made at my end.
