I came across this page 'Pynkvilla' on Instagram and checked their catalogue of a whole lot of football merchandise. Seeing their customer reviews and also going through their website for authenticity, I decided to order Liverpool Jersey that cost me Rs ***.**. The price on the website was Rs **** and had some offer code as well. This was on October **, ****, before Durga puja.
Since I was curious about the delivery I inquired and was told due to holidays, operations will resume after Durga Puja.
Even after puja there was no message from the website regarding my shipment as it said they would do so once the item is shipped. (Estimated time of delivery being *-** business days). So when I asked them repeatedly without getting any response at all, what triggered them was when I said I smell something fishy.
After contacting on Whatsapp , I got a response on October * that it would be delivered within a week. It has been ** days since , and I am not getting any response from them, neither the shipment. They are completely ignoring my queries.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
