Tjori - Package not Delivered

I had placed an order on www.tjori.com on the **nd of May, ****. The site does not offer a cash on delivery option, and I paid Rs.**** at the time of ordering. The original delivery date was *th of June. On the tracking page, they have a status update called "Craftsman assigned", and the craftsman was supposedly assigned the day after i placed the order. However on *th June, the status was still at craftsman assigned and a revised delivery date of **th june was mentioned. There was a text on the order detail mentioning that the delay is unusual and has been escalated to concerned teams, but nobody from their end ever contacted me at any point. Moreover, it was mentioned that due to Covid, craftsmen have been unavailable as they are having difficulties returning from their hometowns. I thought, if that was the case, why has it mentioned all this time that the craftsman is assigned, but I waited a few more days and then contacted their customer support by email (the website mentions that mobile customer support was not available due to the team working from home, which is ridiculous as we are all working from home and getting the needful done). They told me that they are sorry and that the order will be delivered by **th June. Of course **th june came and went, the website still mentioned the same but with a new delivery date of **rd June. On seeing this, I tried to cancel the order and get a refund on the same. This should be possible, as clearly the craftsman has not started the work yet so there would be no loss/wastage to their livelihood or the company. The response I got was that they "do not have a bank refund policy". A policy is nothing more than text on paper created for safeguarding the company and, in this case, the craftsmen. However it is clear that they are using this "policy" as a scapegoat when they have not been able to fulfil the order in nearly a month. I have checked their social media pages and found them to be posting and advertising daily, which begs further questions. Have they been able to fulfill all the other orders in the past * weeks?
