I ordered two sets of nightwear and like always paid online. After countless follow ups there were absolutely no response..the product didn't get delivered and not their website has vanished. This was the first time I am facing something like this. I am not even sure if I am getting my money back but this absolutely looting people in daylight. Shame on you Lounge lives.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
