Lounge Lives - Package not delivered

I ordered two Pajama sets for my wife. Order no is ******** Dated **-**-****. Its has been more than ** days, i have not received my order yet. I tried emailing on the company email id but the email id provided is not working and they have no other mode of communication, they have also deleted their Instagram account. In these lockdown times i wanted to give my wife a small anniversary gift with whatever amount i could manage, hence this is completely heartbreaking! Losing hard earned money during such time is unbearable, i cant get over it. Please look into this, as the website www.loungelives.com is still operational and I found several such complaints of their other customers like me on google. Hope I get my money back, please look into it. Thank you
