Gati Courier Service - Package not delivered

Got fed-up of gati courier services .
I ordered a product from flipkart and courier boy refused to deliver product and misbehaved and he said that you have to come office to collect your order. Same product was ordered previously and it was cancelled by courier service with same problem and again this happening. He cancelled the order with status "address and pin code not matched" which is wrong flag as I got too many products deliver at my doorstep.
