I ordered a garment from the Kirat on * November **** and even paid the ₹*** extra for fast delivery which was supposed to take one day. But since * days neither I get my order delivered nor they answer my mails and message. They are never reachable on call. I posted a comment on their site today which they deleted and finally send a message asking my order number and again after that they stopped replying.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
