Saree baazar 9 - Package not Delivered

I have ordered a saree worth Rs:**** from saree_baazar_* which is a Instagram page. I have made payment through G-pay and gave my address details, they said the package will be delivered within * to * days. I have ordered it on ** May **** and waited till ** May **** and I have messaged them again that I haven't received the package till now. They said they will check the status but after that I haven't got any reply and they have blocked me in Instagram. I have tried contacting them from other Instagram accounts, called them and even tried from whatsApp whichever the possible way but they have blocked me after seeing my messages.
