Ecommerce express - Package not delivered

I have ordered products worth **** which I got for *** after claiming my reward points and they product are delivered through a delivery partner called ecommerce express to Srikakulam but those guys are failed to deliver the products as they called onece asked for my address I have given but after that didnt called and inturn they simply sent me text like unable to locate the customer from they started tricks like the second they called me but they are not speaking and dropping the call and sending the same text and as mentioned above and did the same on thrid because after * days they will return the product and there will lbe loss for them because sooner they scan they will get money. So without delivering they are getting money and blaming customers are unavailable infact it's a big scam because they are calling with the number where we can't call back and sending invalid pin where we can file a complaint too. So on the second day I called branch manager Narendra and informed and asked me to send AWB number and I did but no response and from second day he is not answering my call and on court day I went to office Directly and there this narendra is there and he is so arogant and his answers are improper and in return he is saying like we will send the product you can do whatever you want and sir whom ever in concern I request you to please look into it seriously it's not only happened for first time it's happened many time every we need to go and collect fro them and there answers are so arogant and it also happening to many people. I believe you will taker proper action so that other will not suffer like me what incase of any emergency products because of this panadmic most of us are opting for online products and people like these are playing tricks and making money and dragging people in to trouble. With all due respect i expect quick action from you.
