Zee 5 - Package not delivered

I have purchased the combo pack of zee * which has cost me *** rs, I have the details in which they had clearly mention that they will provide me radhe alongside the premium membership, but till now I am not able to watch radhe they are asking me to rent the movie again, I have written to zee* but they are not able to solve my problem. They are very unethical company pls look into this. I wi be attaching my screenshot of the purchase subscription
