Made * orders on *nd Feb & *rd Feb. *nd Feb first order amount deducted for Rs. *** however order not placed, so made payment again and confirmed order no ****. on *rd Feb made order no **** for Rs. ***. None of the orders were received. When checked with bank all these transacations are successfully paid to vendor and informed cannot be charged back.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
