Siddhant enterprise - Package not delivered

My order was to be delivered on ** the April , but it shows delivered on ** the April it self .
These order is not delivered but in the apo it shows taht the order has been delivered on ** th April.
I have got a loss of *** rs for these order plus the order has not been delivered.
If the product is not delivered to a person then how can it shows as delivered.
These is a fraud which u people are doing
