Oziva - Package not delivered

I was ordered protein powder oziva website, they send parcel via ecom express. I was tracking my parcel properly. ** April **** message came unable to deliver.after ** April message came my parcel was delivered.but I'm not received any products.i was contacted both oziva,and ecom express they don't answer properly.

on ** i am order some items from oziva company and on **.*.**** delivery company send my OTP and after sometime message me order successfully delivered.no body ask me OTP.
