Cakesportal com - Package not delivered

I had ordered a cake on *th April ****, the cake was worth Rs.**** taking into account all charges. Then the following day i.e. */**/**, i received a mail by a person claiming to be Yash, stating that they would require an additional Rs.*** to initiate the preparation as the charges in the locality were unexpectedly high. I paid the same as it was too late and i wanted the cake to be delivered on time. However, after a confirmation email, I was left hanging and the cake was not delivered.
