Collection Bazar Shop - Package not delivered

I bought a Deluxe Chair from a online company called Collection Bazar Shop on dated **.**.**** through online process. I have already made the online payment of Rs. ***.**. But still package not delivered and I am not getting any information from their side. I have mailed a complaint on their e-mail I.D which is info.creazzy***@gmail.com on dated **.**.**** and still not getting any response.
Please help me out.
