I order the chair nor I recieved any msg or mail from the company.
After watching the logo I got the feeling that the company might be fraud as it copied lifestyle company logo, but seeing the ad on facebook and having a payment gateway of razorpay I thought that it might be the genuine company but no reply no further communication recived from the company.
PS Facebook should also be charged with this as they have to look into the authenticity of the company advertising on there platform.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
