Night dress - Package not delivered

I ordered one night dress- brown and white from divine window on Monday, *th December **** at *:** pm. I paid ₹*** by online forum. They notified that the item is shipped. But when I checked after *-* days, it told that the server is unable to open-server not found.
This is a clearly fraud, scam!
₹*** is not less for me.
I’m highly disappointed with it.
Either i want the night dress or I want my money back.
