Flipcart - Package not delivered

Placed order on ** Oct ** through flipkart for "Note * Pro (Gold, ** GB)" which should be delivered ** Oct as per the commitment date then change date ** then again **.I have raise complain multiple time and called but not response. Really i'm frustrated with myself. please find attachment.
