Myflowerapp - Package not delivered

I ordered for a bouquet of roses on ** Feb at **.** am for Rs ***/- which was inclusive of all special ocassion charges. The package was to be delibered on ** Feb in Juhu, Mumbai between ****h-****h (** am to ** pm). I waited the entire day and the package was not delivered. The money was paid in full by credit card and during the day I wrote an e mail to the company for delivery if the package. But there was no reply. They dont have have telephone number on which they can be contacted on. The company, myflowerapp is a fraud company which has caused me anguish, pain and mental harresment. They need to punished as they are the biggest cheats in the online shopping portal. The company app needs to be blocked asap so that they dont continue to cheat others
