Teeslion - Package not delivered

I saw the teeslion website on Instagram and opened the website to order it. I placed an order for a shirt for ***rs, I have received a mail telling my order was confirmed but no further updates. I tried contacting their mail, support@teeslion.com but mail is not getting delivered. It says the mails are not accepted on this ID. My time and excitement have been wasted on this order, which was for a birthday. It doesn't affect financially but mentally as well. I urge the teeslion to compensate for it, playing with emotions of people is not done and I will go forward to consumer courts if compensation not paid and website not taken down.
