In the month of October, I have ordered few items on bottlelife.me website and paid an amount of Rs.**** for the order as there is no COD option.
I have received a confirmation text about the purchase as below.

Hi, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent.
But, till today there is no update from bottle life and no products delivered and even the webpage is not found. Trying to contact from quite a long time. Hence requesting to please help with the refund of my money.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
