Canoe Travel - Package not Delivered

In January **** Canoe Travel, Sector ***, Noida (email : info@canoetravel.in) company's employee Shri Rohit contacted me for * day tour to Tashkent and Samarkand with total expenses of Rs. *****/ per head. I had asked him to arrange the tour for two persons (Myself Dr, Harbhajan Singh s/o Iqbal Singh and Pardaman Singh s/o Gurdeep Singh) in the last week of February **** or first week of March. As directed by him I had transferred Rs. ***** with UTR No. SBIN************ on **th February **** in the Bank account provided by him. In the beginning of March he told me that the trip is not matured and demanded the balance amount for arranging the trip in third week of March. On **th March **** I transferred Rs. ***** UTR No. SBIN************and Rs. **** more UTR No. SBIN ************. But no tour was arranged. After that he had promised to make arrangements on **th
May ****, but at the fixed date he told that visa of only one person was arranged. I demanded the refund of our advance money and on **th July **** I had received Rs. ***** and balance amount was promised to pay in some days.
As Rohit and his associate Rahul pleaded I had agreed to adjust the amount for arranging our tour, but they demanded xtra amount of Rs. ****. Although it was unjustified demand, but on *th January **** not only I had transferred Rs, ***** UTR No. SBIN************ for our expenses but also provided the company one more customer Shri Jaswant Singh s/o Shri Hazara Singh. I don’t know for what reason Rohit and Rahul pleaded for IMPS transaction instead of NEFT and on **th January **** Rs. ***** by IMPS P*A/************/xxxxxxx***ICIC (IMPS***********MOACIDTZMB) and on **th January **** Rs. ***** were transferred by me, But no tour was arranged and I was told due to Covid-** this is impossible. Now they are not refunding the amount and nor they reply my emails and mobile messages
