A letter was couriered by Ford Chennai branch to the following address on **rd Oct ****. Since last ** days it is lying in Hyderabad Kukatpally hub which is just * kilometre away from home. Why it is taking such a longer period to deliver the letter to me? I called them n no of times, I email them * times. Neither they are responding nor they are delivering the letter to me.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
