I had ordered Linen Sarees from StyleAtelier online portal on **th Dec. Had received the order confirmation and payment debit information in gmail. There was no update after that. I had tried to contact them in the number provided in the gmail and it was always switched off. Searched and found a number from their FB account and contacted in that. They informed that, they had CANCELLED my order because they cannot service to my location. I asked them to initiate the refund and asked them why they did not send the cancellation mail. They responded very rudely and I did not yet receive the refund. Kindly send me the package or issue the refund.
