I made an order on **th November'** for three products. I was specifically told that within **-** days I will receive the products.
Out of the three, I have received just one product till now. I have tried to contact your team every now and then over whatsapp, and instead of giving me an update, they have agreed that I can take legal actions.
Also, when I got this one product, in the bill it mentioned that two products are there. But I never received two, it was just one. I notified the team over whatsapp, but no actions were taken from their behalf. And till date I have been wondering where my products were.
My order id is: MFH****, I would appreciate if I get an exact date on when I will receive my order.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
