Flip - Package not Delivered

I have ordered clothes for my niece from flip star** on Dec-* -****.but still not delivered also i got message that your order from flip star** has been shipped. also provided a link to check status. so from last one month its still showing ordered confirmed . I also tried to contact Flip star ** contact number and WhatsApp and emailed so many time but they didn't pick a single time or answered my email or phone calls.
