Shoppiestan.com - Package not delivered

I ordered two jeans from this website (Shoppiestan.com). First of all they don't have any customer care number and they only do email support but actually they don't respond to emails too.
Its irritating they took the amount and don't even give ang update to customer about the order.
I still didn'treceive any update from them and i placed my order on *th Oct.
