Classi charm - Package Not Delivered

A MIRDULA filed complaint against Classi charm on Dec 26, 2020

I had placed an order on the **nd of september. I got an order confirmation mail after I placed the order. And nothing after that. I sent an mail and they said I would get it in a span of *-* days, but I didn't get any I went to the website but the website was taken down. I couldn't contact them or reach them.
