Mr Gold - Package not delivered

I placed order for Mr Gold * ltr double filter groundnut oil vide Amazon Order No ***-************** and tracking ID ************. No delivery is made to me... On enquiry with Amazon customer service,I got call from telephone no. ************ who informed me that delivery is made at the given address. As no delivery is made to me, I inquired about the name and contacts of delivery boy and the person to whom the delivery was made.. I have been denied this information and am told that this is confidential and cannot be given.. I have placed the order, paid for the order and have not received the delivery, hence ask request for basic information to follow up at my end... This is being denied to me... As customer, I stand to lose.. I requested the matter to be elevated to the investigation team, but was denied... This is faulty business practice..unless I have basic information about the date and time of delivery,details of delivery boy and the person to whom the package was delivered, it is not possible to track... No OTP received by me nor any signature taken from me.. It is bad delivery done and basic information is denied to me.. I request resolution to this problem ; either make delivery to me of the ordered item or provide me basic information as requested..
