On **/**/****, I bought a cellphone tablet cover ( order number is *******) from Fruugo online shopping site for ***.** ZAR, allowing their *-** bussiness days. They confirmed the order.
I send email on **/**/**** to them requesting progress, Chloe from Fruugo responded on **/**/**** that I should confirm my delivery adress, which I did immediately but no reply from them. She further confirmed that my order was dispatched on **/**/**** and delivery date should be around **/**/****.
On **/**/****, I send another email requesting progress.. the havent replied at all.
On **/**/****, i send a email again requesting progress.. no reply once again from their side.
