On the **th of Nov. I came across thetruebell.com through an Instagram ad and liked their collection and decided to check their website out. They had an IG and Facebook account with legit followers and had all these terms and conditions and privacy policies and I decided they were legit. I placed an order for Rs. **** and got a confirmation email. ** days had passed
there were no updates whatsoever and I was startng to get worried. I sent them various emails stating to provide me updates NOTHING!. Then when I began to dig deeper a handful of other people had filed complaints on some other site stating that they had lost their money(which was below *** *sense the depression I must have went through*).After some investigation I came across a no. associated with this site and gave him a call(according to truecaller he had a shopping center named yash Gupta shopping center in Mumbai).He said he was from the true bell and said that my package was in pending and that I would have to place a new order and asked me to open my google pay and type * and my google pay number@rbl in the UPI ID payment section and a name APARNA popped up, he asked me to tell that name and type ** in the PAY button, then I cut the call and realised he was a FRAUD! I really hope we get justice and that no other people are fooled like this. I humbly ask you guys to pls help us on behalf of everyone! Thank you
