BIGFASHIONSALES - Package not delivered

I had seen this BIGFASHIONSALES in my fb account selling few dresses at unbelievably low price and had ordered one kid frock and two pairs of night suit for ladies.But after that I dint receive any information from this company but except order is confirmed.There is no tracking of order or any number to contact.Please help if I get a refund it's enough ,atleast if this is a scam.Today when I try to see that company's page they seemed to have deleted from fb.Its a total fraud please help.
