I had ordered one Football Jersey from Pynkvilla.com on *rd August, ****. I had prepaid for my order and according to the site my order should have reached me in max ** working days. After multiple queries over WhatsApp and gmail the guy named Chintan Mehta is not responding to my messages. He is not returning my money not giving any update on my package. It has been ** days. I have registered on National Consumer helpline with id# ******.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
