Delhivery Courier via Shiprocket - Package not delivered

I couriered a parcel on *nd of nov.****, From zirakpur, punjab, to Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, By DELHIVERY It was supposed to be reached by *th-*th november, but the parcel has been in nellore since *th nov, and they are not delivering it, today it is **st of november,
They did not deliver my parcel, i dont know what they are doing.
I need compensation for loss of business, mental agony, loss of reputation infront of my client, loss of my clients business, compensation for their stupid and ignorant behaviour.

I tried calling them ***s of time- no effective response is sought.
They told me reasons like- we were on holiday, manpower issue, delivery boy is absent etc.
They wrote reasons for NDR= that consignee is uncontactable, whereas no call was made to her, no delivery is made.
I still re attempted the requests, no delivery is made.
Where as the number was working.
