Bought a saree on ** Aug. Paid shipping as well. Item not delivered till today. Sent so many message through Messenger (to be used as evidence). They only promise that it will be delivered in * days. After the *th day, another assurance but no result. I am really frustrated and sick. They spoilt my occasion. Once they said my order processed so I asked for tracking number and carriers name no response from them. Please assist and let's teach them a lesson. I have been through a lot of mental torture and stress
