I ordered a nice pink hoodie which was on sale and this was my first order through the this company. I have ordered numerous other products from many different websites and companies but never faced such issue. I order my hoodie on *th of November it's been ALOT of time in trying to contact them call them and WhatsApp them but they just don't seem to respond. I don't know what to do. I also paid online because there was no option available for COD. This is total fraud! Such companies should be blacklisted. Because they are still posting photos of their products on Instagram and and their website but conveniently don't respond to any of our requests. I will file an FIR for such fraudulent companies loot our hard earned money. And i don't want other innocent buyers to also face such idiocy.
This is totally disgusting of them. I want my money refunded or I want the product.
