I ordered a saree from ultimate haul on ** October, order no #***** but my product is not delivered yet. No information about shipping details. I got a confirmation mail from them stating that, we are getting your order ready to be shipped. But, not delivered yet. I mailed them multiple times for the same on ultimatehaul**@gmail.com, but no reply yet. I want my cash back or the product should be delivered. Kindly help me in sorting my problem
