Global Packways India - Package not delivered. Fraud company

I handed over all my items to Global packways for shipping from India to Seychelles. On **th october all my items were collected from my residence and i have the complete amount by bank transfer to Global packways,Pune. I was promised the items will be delivered in one week and not it has been one month and i am not able to get any response from the company. They stopped answering my mails. They cheated me
