Ali Express - Package not delivered. False promises

AliExpress did not deliver a part I ordered. They made it up to me to contact some delivery service to get proof. That delivery service (Gati Ltd.) doesn't even reply properly nor comply to what is requested. I got back to AliExpress several times but they are ignoring it and closing the case.
