Kaswan logistics Packers and movers - Package not delivered Yet

I have booked shippment pf * packages from Hyderabad to Trivandrum on **th Oct,I have been told it was dipatched on Tuesday the **th.
I have received my package yet, it's almost a week.
They have provided me with the docket no , as per the docket no it's still not picked up for dispatching.The Kaswan logistics are not picking up my calls now, last update which I have received was it has reached Salem but online it's showing it still not picked up.
I called another contact from Delhivery company[Courier service provider]team , they informed it's still there in their warehouse and has not been dispatched.
Kaswan Logistics is cheating and doing fraud by supplying me with wrong information.
Am afraid if my package is lost or damaged.

Please help.
