Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked a courier from Mathura (U.P.) to Etah (U.P) as per attached slip and it is very disappointed to say that a well known and top courier company Ondot Couriers & Cargo Limited has not sent my courier to the mentioned location till now (**.**.****) whereas i have booked this courier on dated **.**.****.
I have coordinated for the delivery with Mr. Siddhartha on their Mathura customer care no - *** ******* but he just mislead me for many a days that ''courier will reach today or will reach tomorrow or don't take tension we will send on time"
and also called on ***-******** but no one picked phone to resolve this complaint. I have sent the mail regarding this to the company but they are not in a mood to respond (Mail Conversation attached) despite of sending so many reminders.
I actually sent medical tube prescribed by doctor for face related problem to someone in this courier and you can assume that if this was not reached on time, what can be the consequences.
Please look into the matter and provide proper justice.
Also I want claim from the company for financial expenses and suffering mental pain due to this which cost INR *****/-
