Plj Label - Package not delivered tracking number not shared

I placed an order with this Instagram store called Plj_label (thelabel_plj) and I paid **** Rs for a salwar suit (kurti and palazzo). The payment was made via PhonePe and it was confirmed by the person called Tiksha Rajesh Panchariya through WhatsApp. I placed the order on **-July-****. Initially, when I was choosing the garments, she was very prompt in their response. But after payment, the promptness has vanished. Every time I ask her regarding the status she doesn’t respond properly. When I call her she said the product is dispatched but won’t reveal the dispatch ID. Its been over * weeks and I haven’t received any parcel from them. Please help me take action against such fraudulent people.
