Outfit Empire - Package not delivered tracking details not shared

I had ordered two jackets- and the seller agreed ****/- for both of them. I had paid on Thursday, **th April and was informed I'd be given the tracking details within **-** hours. After which I reminded the seller on Saturday about my order and was informed since its a weekend their offices are closed and he will share the tracking details on monday. On monday, I again reminded the person to which he said monday night, and now it is tuesday with no response. The seller has stopped picking up my phone.

Amidst all this, he randomly messages me that his bank server is down and he needed to borrow an additional *** to make an important payment. I was hesistant but decided to play along incase he genuinely required the money- he sounded like a grown man but said he needed it for making an exam payment- which is unusual given his age. Now I realised this seemed like a scam, as he agreed to lower the price of the product (originally ****, but easily bargained down to ****) and didn't take delivery charge or anything either. Moreover, communication took place on whatsapp, and he sneakily turned on dissapearing messages even if I would turn it off so that any texts of his dissapear. I have taken screen recordings of our conversation, along with confirmation of him saying that yes I paid him **** (I lied **** so that he corrects me and acknowledges that I paid him ****).

The instagram profile has several reviews spanning over * years which is why I thought this would be a reliable seller, but given his malicious attempt and getting more money out of me and him not responding to my messages anymore this is a scam. I
