Zomato Bakingo - Package not delivered to us

delivery boy had reached our location. He stood their bike on ***m far from our exact location in the dark. He went from front by my side two times. I was stand on gate in my street. No traffic also was there. I call that delivery boy, when he was passing the * mtr distance in bike. He is lier and i feel he mad too. He done misbehave. This zomato service is make to people fool.
I not wrong anywhere. All fault was deliverey boy. I feel he was mad. Now, first feed your hungry delivery boys like that. Who keep eyes on customers orders.
I also complaint in zomato support. But they didn't took any intrest.
Please., I greatly requested to you do something. Please refund my whole money. I was not wrong anywhere. When he was misbehaving by ignoring then i said to cancel the order. I can't tolerate that. Now, they not giving my refund too.
