Oceedee shoes Noida - Package not delivered to the correst address

I placed an order for two pairs of shoes with order number #********* on the **/**/**** whuch was delivered to me on the **/**/****. Since the shoes were big for me and this company doesn't have refund policy but only store credit I had no other option than to replace the order for smaller sized shoes. Firstly I have to mention that contacting this company was a nightmare. After trying for many many times I got through the contact number they provided. Ria answered the call and asked me to take pictures with the shoes which was their company policy and send it through WhatsApp. I complied and she assured me that the shoes will be exchanged for a smaller size and thag the money u spent for them was now in their store credit. During this call itself I told her that I won't be available in the same address to which she assured me that they deliver pan India so that won't be an issue. She even assigned me a person na.ed Ashutosh who was my point of contact for my exchange order. After he contacted me once I had to again go through the nightmare of trying to reach them over and over again especially via WhatsApp because at least that was the only mode I got a response from them. When I spoke to Ashutosh I again confirmed from him whether they will deliver to a different address and he again assured me that they do deliver pan India. Both he and Ria in fact never even checked the new address that I want them to send the consignment to. I have also provided them with the address via WhatsApp twice. The second time in fact after I contacted them just before they sent the consignment. Despite all this communication they sent the shoes to the wrong address whuch was deliveredon **/**/****. To my horror I again had to contact them and that's when they told me that they don't have provision of delivering to the new address that I provided. To which I told them that they have to rectify it and till date since **/**/**** I have had no intimation from them. Its over * months now and the mental torture this company has put me through has been horrendous.
