Valmo Meesho - Package not delivered to door

On request of making delivery to the doorstep, the delivery boy denied the delivery on ground of company policy. It doesn't cause any monetary loss but can cause the same if not handled property. This is also a matter of behavior. I just want to confirm as to company policy as stated by delivery boy. Please resolve this query ASAP. THANK YOU.
